Anasazi Properties Incorporated 1946 is a family owned and operated real estate development firm in San Francisco. The Company typically acts as the managing member of single asset limited liability companies which acquire and develop underutilized, urban infill sites. Sites are entitled and developed with for-sale or for-rent multi family housing. The Portfolio drop down button illustrates recent multi unit projects, as well as several single family residences developed by the principals. Over the past several decades the Company has been involved in the development of approximately 300 units in San Francisco.
John McInerney is the President of the Company. Mr. McInerney is a former real estate partner of the Orrick Real Estate Department and has maintained an “of counsel” relationship with Reuben Junius Rose LLP for nearly 20 years. He managed the largest Coldwell Banker office in California for 10 years during two stints between 1998 and 2015, and is both an expert witness and court appointed referee in certain real estate matters. From 1996 through mid 2002 Mr. McInerney served on the San Francisco Board of Appeals. He has also served on the Fee Arbitration Panel of the San Francisco Bar Association for over 30 years.
