Anasazi Properties Incorporated 1946 is a real estate development firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company specializes in the acquisition and development of urban "infill" sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. These sites typically consist of underused property or obsolete buildings. Most of Anasazi Properties' projects consist of the conversion of the underused property into multi-family residential housing.

Once a site is identified, Anasazi Properties:
  • conceives of new uses for the property
  • negotiates the purchase of the site
  • arranges acquisition financing
  • hires professionals to design the new building
  • obtains governmental entitlements
  • arranges construction financing
  • engages a general contractor
  • supervises the construction of the new facility
  • markets the finished product as apartments or
    for-sale condominiums
Anasazi Properties serves as the Managing Member of companies that are formed to develop its projects. These companies typically have investors or partners, although the specific structure of each company depends upon the particular project. While each development is unique, all of Anasazi Properties' projects share a common element: high-quality design and construction through the use of best-in-class professionals and contractors.
