Anasazi Properties is the Managing Member of 1600 Webster Street Associates, LLC. This company is the owner and developer of the property formerly known as the Japantown Bowl, located in the heart of Japantown, at the corner of Post & Webster Streets. Associates purchased the property in December 2000, following the closure of the bowling alley. The project was approved in August 2002. Demolition was completed and construction commenced in early 2003. The project was completed in 2005 and sold out in one month. It recieved the Gold Nugget Award of Merit, Best In The West at Pacific Coast Builders Conference in June 2006

The sleek new project contains 48 condominium units and 2,900 square feet of ground floor retail space on Post Street. San Francisco architects Gary Gee and Ian Birchall + Associates created a contemporary design for the building, including several elements that reflect a modern Japanese look. The structure features secure, underground and ground level parking for 69 cars (several units have two parking spaces); four stories of residences above the ground floor; and immediate access to Japantown and Fillmore Street, two of San Francisco's most exciting neighborhoods.

The condominiums consist of 20 two-bedroom, two-bath units, ranging in size from 1,225 to 1,500 square feet, and 28 one-bedroom, one-bath units ranging in size from 700 to 990 square feet. The condominiums will have gourmet kitchens, custom cabinetry and high-quality hardwood, carpet and stone flooring. Many of the units will have City views.
