Anasazi Properties is the Managing Member of 1221 Harrison Street Associates, LLC. This company is the owner and developer of 28 live/work lofts located on Harrison Street, between 8th & 9th Streets, in San Francisco's SoMa District.

This property is the location of the former Shrader Ironworks. Anasazi entered into a partnership with the owner of the site, obtained City approval for the construction of live/work units, subdivided the site into developable parcels and eventually sold off portions of the property.

San Francisco architects Jorge DeQuesada and Gary Gee designed the overall project. Scheinholtz Associates, an architecture and interiors firm located in Burlingame, designed the interiors. The project was completed in May 2004 and sold out in four weeks at record prices.

The project features spacious units, many with decks and City views. These loft style condominiums include fireplaces, sleek kitchens, spacious mezzanines and two full baths. All of the homes have an open floorplan. Several of the units have large alcoves that can be configured as a den, workspace or even a bedroom. The lofts range in size from 1,107 to 1,619 square feet. The building accommodates 42 cars, so that some owners will be able to park multiple vehicles. In addition to the 28 live/work spaces, the project offered commercial space fronting on Harrison Street.
